I have nothing but praise for all the staff at ak williams. They have helped me out of many problems with there knowledge of the timber trade and i would recommend them to anyone and have done .But as the saying goes you cant please everyone.

I have used this company for years and until today found them ok to deal with.

They have changed their core values on customer service and today I received poor service. I went elswhere where I received much better service. Needless to say that I will not be using AK Williams again.
